We carefully cultivate a Sicilian extra virgin olive oil, born out of respect for the land and a deep passion for our work. Each olive tree is attentively cared for, season after season, in the Alcamo countryside, where rural tradition meets innovation. Our oil is the result of ancient gestures, passed down and refined over time, combined with a modern vision focused on sustainability and quality. Every bottle tells a story — of a family, a land, and a conscious commitment to excellence. Quartus is the result of a carefully crafted family project that began in 2011, in a context that, more than others, was hungry for innovation and research in the pursuit of high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Today, Quartus has evolved: it is the outcome of technique and innovation, and more than ever it embodies the synthesis of years of passion and dedication — both essential to creating a truly unique and high-quality product. Our extra virgin olive oil is the pure expression of a genuine love, the same love that Liborio and Francesca have for their three children.

the territory
The uniqueness of Quartus lies in the meticulous and daily care of our olive groves, which gently rest in the countryside of Alcamo, on four plots of land, rich in precious memories of farming tradition. The latter is the ‘leitmotiv’ that has orchestrated our project, which today is even more focused on the search for innovation in the production process. Our extra virgin olive oil, strictly cold-extracted using mechanical means and in compliance with environmental sustainability and the delicate balance of our olive groves, in an era of rapid climate changes, to which our commitment has been strengthened to ensure high-quality standards of both the raw material and the final product.

Medium fruity notes
The blend was the pioneer of our project. It was conceived as a unique essence capable of capturing the authenticity of the three native cultivars from our olive trees.
The fusion of Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, and Cerasuola gives rise to medium fruity aromas, combining into a delicate intensity.
The balance between olfactory and gustatory notes makes this blend ideal for enhancing any dish.

The DOP Valli Trapanesi encapsulates a pure monocultivar of Cerasuola. We aimed to give this product a strong territorial identity, making it bold yet pleasantly fruity.
